For even greater efficiency

The link between LTC Public Works & Permits (PWP) and the municipal management system Squit XO, has now been realised.
For grid operators and utilities companies this means a new and much more efficient way of submitting applications for activities being carried out on cables and pipelines. Links such as this one with Squit XO provide efficient communication between different software solutions, allowing municipalities and companies to benefit from accurate and reliable information exchange.
Until now, applications used to be submitted both via web forms and in LTC PWP. This meant double the amount of work. But, thanks to the new link, this is no longer the case! Applications for excavation work are now submitted solely via the municipality’s own webforms. LTC PWP is used to submit the job sheet after the work has been completed.
Thanks to the new link, applications submitted via the web form can be found easily within the municipality’s own LTC environment, enabling the job sheet to be completed quickly and accurately.

To ensure the process runs smoothly, the web forms have been extended with a number of important additional information fields. Users now also need to state which party is responsible for the implementation of the road works and who is paying for the road works or road repairs. The correct party can be selected from a pull-down menu. Selecting the right company is an important step in the process, as the details will be passed on to LTC PWP based on this information.
